Question about finding parts and what they are

I read another post (I Cant remember which one) and the guy talked about chaning his pipe to a "baffle free HD pipe" for 15$ and getting a "POD foam air filter" and a "160 main jet." Can anyone tell me what these are or where I can find information on them? Also where could I look to purchase these? Im going to be taking my bike apart, I might as well add things that are going to increase performance if my bike is going to be out of commision anyways.
